The first step in creating an assignment is Name and Instructions

1. Enter the name for your assignment.
2. Optionally enter instructions for your students.
3. Click Save and Continue to Next Step.
   
   Save and Return to List will save your assignment in this step and return you to the assignment list. This is convenient if you need to come back later to finish creating the assignment.
